4C Statement on Letter from Senator Tom Udall and Five Other U.S. Senators

“As Senators Udall, Klobuchar, Blumenthal, Warren, Markey, and Booker explained today, the behavioral conditions proposed by Sprint and T-Mobile are wholly insufficient to protect consumers against the clear competitive harms their market-consolidating merger would bring. That’s why we agree with these senators that the FCC should put these commitments out for public comment. And, we renew our call for the Department of Justice and states attorneys general to oppose this anti-competitive transaction.” – The 4Competition Coalition
